Who buys the hardware?
The buyer is Ferry Telecom AG in Switzerland. There is no UK branch. Bids are individual and in pounds sterling.
What about customs and shipping?
Because the buyer is in Switzerland, shipping, export formalities and any duties are agreed in writing before a handover. Please do not send anything without confirmed instructions.
Can I sell as a private person?
Yes. Single modules or small quantities can be offered too. Whether a bid results depends on type and condition.
What happens to data on drives?
You can remove and keep drives, erase them yourself or hand them over by agreement. We do not promise certified erasure.
Do you guarantee prices or deadlines?
No. Price and timing are set out in the individual bid.
